Azure Data Engineer

POSITION INFO:

We are urgently looking for an experienced Senior Azure Data Engineer to be based in Gauteng, with vast experience in Networking and Infrastructure. This role requires good knowledge of technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, SQL Server , TCP/IP  and an excellent understanding of Microsoft Azure services.

PRE-REQUISITES

• Matric    
• BSC Degree OR relevant technology advanced diploma at NQF level 7.
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate qualification (AZ-103)
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP200 – 201).
• MCITP/MCSE or equivalent certifications/experience demonstrating cloud/networking/infrastructure knowledge.
• 5-10 years’ experience on Microsoft Azure services 
• Experience with Azure SQL; Azure Data Lake; Azure Data Factory; Databricks; DevOps; LogicApps, Data Gateways  is essential
