B-BBEE & HR Data Administrator - Blouberg

SUMMARY:
Our client is a well-established Human Resources and B-BBEE consultancy with offices in the Blouberg area
They have an opportunity for a B-BBEE & HR Data Administrator to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Job Specification
They provide expert outsourcing services to a wide range of clients, small and large, across all industries both in the Western Cape and nationally
Working from their offices, supporting their clients and consultants by providing excellent administrative support in the areas of B-BBEE administration, Skills Development, Employment Equity, and general HR support
B-BBEE Scorecards and B-BBEE data management
Skills Development (Workplace Skills Plans and discretionary grant applications to various SETA’s, capturing into SETA portals, familiar with OFO Codes) and/or
Employment Equity (experience submitting Employment Equity Reports online on the Dept of Employment & Labour portal annually)

Minimum Requirements

• Tertiary qualification - ideally in Human Resource Management (Degree or Diploma)
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience with data collection and data capturing into Excel
• Highly developed attention to detail and ability to work accurately
• Previous experience and knowledge required
• Excellent computer skills, particularly MS Excel, with the ability to work with large spreadsheets and understand and check formulas
• Familiarity with Google docs will be an advantage Comfortable with technology and systems generally
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Confidence and professionalism with a client service approach
• Able to use initiative and interpret data
• Be able to prioritise work across multiple projects and demands
• This may mean juggling a number of competing requests or deadlines and being flexible enough to do so
• Strong organising, planning, and co-ordinating ability
• Ability to work flexibly, independently, and be self-motivated
• Excellent people skills at all levels including confidentiality, tact, and discretion
