Our client is a global leader in reliable networking devices and accessories, and they are an international distributor.  In South Africa, it provides innovative Wi-Fi routers, switches, range extenders, security cameras, and smart home solutions to both consumer and business markets.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across corporate, education, government, and SME verticals. This role is focused on expanding the company's footprint through strategic partnerships, solution selling, and long-term client engagement. In addition to driving sales, this role requires strong leadership skills to manage and develop a team of B2B sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B technology sales, with the ability to position networking infrastructure, surveillance, wireless, and smart business solutions to meet enterprise client needs, while also motivating and guiding a high-performing sales team.

Required qualification and working knowledge:

• Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in networking, ICT, or enterprise solutions.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales management or team leadership role.
• Strong business development background with a successful track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Deep understanding of solution-based selling within the tech/IT industry.
• Established network of decision-makers in corporate, education, or government sectors is highly advantageous.
• Excellent leadership, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and translate them into commercial value propositions.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently within a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and B2B pipeline management tools.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.

POSITION INFO:
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of B2B sales representatives, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities across key verticals, including corporate, SME, education, and public sector.
• Drive the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing and long-term account management.
• Build strong relationships with system integrators, solution providers, and IT resellers to promote the company's enterprise-grade product portfolio.
• Actively position a broad range of solutions, including wireless networks, surveillance (VIGI), switches, access points, business routers, and cloud-managed systems (Omada).
• Collaborate with internal product and marketing teams to align proposals and solutions with technical capabilities and support structures.
• Forecast and report on pipeline activity, revenue targets, and market trends.
• Provide customer feedback and competitor insights to help shape future product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Represent the company's at industry events, exhibitions, and partner engagements as required.
