POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Financial Management – Maintain accurate general ledger entries, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial statements.
MPC & Reporting – Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes; assist with management reporting and variance analysis.
Blockchain & Crypto Exposure – Support accounting processes related to Bitcoin and other crypto assets; learn about and adapt to Web3 finance operations.
Process Improvement & Controls – Identify inefficiencies, suggest improvements, and enforce strong financial discipline.
Collaboration – Work closely with IT, finance, and operations teams in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:
- BCom Accounting / Finance
Experience:
- Experience in MPC, financial reporting, or general accounting advantageous
- Exposure to IT or tech environments is a plus, but Web3 experience is not required
Skills / Technical Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and MPC processes
- Advanced Excel / MS Office skills
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems advantageous
- Passion for IT, blockchain, and crypto technologies
