BEE Specialist

SUMMARY:
Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a BEE Specialist to join their team in Pretoria on a permanent basis. Candidates must have 3-5 years BEE Administration experience and contract negotiation experience. Required qualifications: Administrative Certificate and Grade 12 Senior Certificate.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Up to date detailed CV.
• 3-5 years BEE administrative experience.
• Administrative certificate.
• Contract negotiation experience.
• Grade 12 senior certificate.

• Prepare reports detailing the impact of our monthly / quarterly spend on our Scorecard.
• Analyse monthly / quarterly spend to identify preferential spend opportunities.
• Coordinate the collation of BBBEE documents.
• Maintaining and updating supplier information on the portal.
• Evaluating the quality of SLA and supporting documents of prospective suppliers.
• Maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
• Keep up to date with new and on-going BBBEE developments.
• Identify and participate in Enterprise Development / Supplier Development initiatives and opportunities. 

• Comprehensive knowledge of the Scorecard, BBBEE Act and BBBEE code of good practice.
• Understand the impact of procurement on the Scorecard.
• Intermediate computer literacy particularly in MS Word and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and according to tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to engage with employees at various levels of the organisation.
• Contractual competence.
• 3-5 years BEE administrative experience.
• Administrative certificate (advantageous).
• Contract negotiation experience (advantageous).
