POSITION INFO:
A leading organization is seeking a Power BI Analyst / Report Developer (AI & R Integration) to design, build, and optimize interactive data models and visual reports. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge BI tools, integrate AI and machine learning models, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful data solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports
- Integrate R scripts for statistical modeling and data transformation
- Embed AI and machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Build and optimize data models using DAX and Power Query (M language)
- Connect and manage data from SQL, APIs, and cloud sources (Azure, AWS)
- Ensure scalability, performance tuning, and compliance with data governance
- Automate data refresh, alerting, and reporting workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions
Job Experience and Skills RequiredEducation:- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
Experience:- 4+ years in Power BI development and analytics
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven analytics and predictive dashboards
Technical Skills:- Expert in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service
- Strong DAX and Power Query (M language) skills
- Experience writing and integrating R scripts within Power BI
- Proficiency in Python for data processing or AI integration
- Knowledge of SQL, ETL pipelines, and data modeling best practices
- Familiarity with Azure Machine Learning, OpenAI API, or similar AI services
- Understanding of Row-Level Security (RLS) and workspace management
Preferred:- Exposure to R Shiny, Azure ML, or Python notebooks embedded in Power BI
- Knowledge of data visualization design principles
