I am assisting a proudly South African telecommunications concern based in the Mother City on finding the best Business Intelligence Team Lead the market has to offer. The affluent concern has been leading the market with ground-breaking technology and is well known for gratifying their top-performing employees This qualified candidate must have great technical skills, coupled with the ability to lead a team. Duties:

Manage the BI development team to ensure effective BI tools are developed for the business
Provide team with support and advice on various BI projects
Maintain awareness of the overall BI strategy and ensure it is implemented throughout the team
Monitor the development and maintenance of exiting ETL
Ensure data is transformed into the correct format for the warehouse and loaded into the warehouse accurately

Qualifications:

A completed Bsc/Bcom/Btech in Information systems or similar field is required

Experience:

A minimum of 2 – 4 years in a BI team lead role is required
