POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Power BI Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business intelligence solutions using Microsoft's Power BI platform. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and create interactive visualizations, reports, and dashboards that provide meaningful insights and drive data-driven decision making.

We will consider both permanent and contracting options. Hybrid working model - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and implement data models in Power BI to meet the business requirements
• Create interactive visualizations, reports and dashboards to help stakeholders understand and act on key metrics
• Maintain data accuracy, security and performance in Power BI
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the Power BI environment is operating efficiently
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement updates to the Power BI environment as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Power BI developer
• Strong knowledge of Power BI features, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and Power View
• Experience with data visualization techniques and creating visually appealing dashboards
• Strong SQL and database knowledge
• Data engineering experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
