SUMMARY:
My client is a leading provider in making insurance easy through technology and developing Software that will take insurance administration to another level.

POSITION INFO:

Primary Responsibilities

• Create and Manage reports for all products
• Create and Manage ETL packages for all products
• Creation and maintenance of standard reporting templates and frameworks.
• Analysis, Design and Development of reports for all lines of business.
• Development of SQL queries that support the reports.
• Assisting business to test reports and ensuring sign-off is collected
• Maintenance of the reporting test environment
• Assisting the development team to integrate reports into the systems they are developing.
• Ensure all reports are stored in a version control environment (TFS)
• Creates proper documentation where required.
• Researching new reporting technologies
• ETL (SSIS)
• Creation and maintenance of standard ETL templates and frameworks.
• Analysis, Design and Development of ETL packages for all lines of business.
• Liaise with 3rd parties to enable data sharing.
• Development of SQL queries that support the ETL packages.
• Ensure all ETL packages are stored in a version control environment (TFS)
• Creates proper documentation where required.
• Researching new ETL technologies

Support

The RD (Reporting Developer) will be required to train the help desk staff and maintain the help desk operating manuals for all Reporting and ETL purposes. When the help desk is unable to resolve and issue, the RD will be required to assist in them in the role of second line support.

Skills Required

• 2-3 Years related experience
• Tertiary qualification will be highly advantageous
• Microsoft Reporting Services (2012 and above)
• Microsoft Integration Services (2012 and above)
• T-SQL
