POSITION INFO:

Our client part of the big 4 banks in South Africa and that are leading in the 4IR on continent seeks a technically strong BI Developer to join their high performing teams.

• Analytics / OLAP Cube Development (Microsoft SSAS and MDX).
• Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) (Microsoft SSIS)
• Kimball Methodology Dimensional modelling and data mart implementation.
• Lead in ETL Development, Dimensional Modelling ,Department''s Data Mart Implementation & SSAS Cube Development.
• Create and maintain Microstrategy project and schema objects using Microstrategy Architect.
• Adhoc Reports development using SAS
• Maintain and support data analytics MicroStrategy platforms
• Resolve end user reporting problems through collaboration
• Manage effective implementation of all projects, prepare associate documents, and perform appropriate tests on same.

Minimum qualification requirements and skills:

• BSc Information Systems / BTech in IS / Diploma in IS / BSC/Diploma in Mathematics and Statistics
• Exposure to financial services  
• Relational Database and SQL Language
• Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL) (Microsoft SSIS)  
• Data Warehouse / Solution Design
• Dimensional Modeling Analytics / OLAP Cube Development (Microsoft SSAS)  
• Report Development (Microsoft SSRS)
• Microstrategy
• SAS
• PowerBI
• Terradata
• Abinitio
• Kimball
