BIM Modeller (MEP)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeller (MEP) to support the design and coordination of building services projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing 3D models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring accurate coordination between disciplines and compliance with project standards.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain MEP BIM models using industry-standard software.
• Produce detailed 3D models, drawings, and documentation for building services systems.
• Coordinate MEP services with architectural and structural models to detect and resolve clashes.
• Generate shop drawings, layouts, and schedules from BIM models.
• Ensure that models comply with BIM standards, project requirements, and company guidelines.
• Assist engineers with design visualization and during model-based coordination meetings.
• Update models based on design changes and site feedback.
• Support project teams with data extraction and model documentation.

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
• 2–5 years' experience as a BIM Modeller in an MEP or building services environment.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, and plumbing).
• Experience with clash detection and coordination workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
