• 5 - 10 Years'' extremely operational working experience withing the Human Resource environment with focus on Blue-collar employees (workers who engage in hard manual labor, manufacturing, construction, mining, maintenance and motor industry).

BLUE COLLAR SENIOR HR OFFICER WITH COMPLETED HR DEGREE
Appointment: Permanent, full time position
Area: Centurion, Gauteng
Basic Salary: R60 000 per month gross
- A company in the motor industry with various franchises is looking for a Senior HR Officer. Preferably a female below age 40.
- Minimum qualification: Matric with completed BCom degree in Human Resources.
- 5 - 10 Years'' extremely operational working experience withing the Human Resource environment with focus on Blue-collar employees (workers who engage in hard manual labor, manufacturing, construction, mining, maintenance and motor industry).
- Employment Equity and BBBEE experience essential
- Training and Development experience essential
- Policy and procedure draft and implementation experience essential
- Able to do report writing
- IR Management
- Experience and understanding of Bargaining Council structure and agreements
- Management of Training and Development programs and initiatives
- Drafting of policies, procedures, and processes
- Report writing
- Union / staff representative liaison
- Employment Equity Committee meetings
- Drafting of Employment Equity goals and targets
- Recruitment and selection
- Formulation of Job profiles with KPI’s
- Willing to travel between franchises nationally
