Job Description
A successful incumbent will be responsible for:
Key accounts Management
Manage and develop customer relationships
Sales Opportunities Creation
Develop personal network within the sales territory and represent the organization at trade shows and other events to identify sales opportunities, promote the organization and enhance its reputation.
Business enhancing key customer relations
Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex existing customer accounts, to identify and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the customer organization.
Key customer service excellence
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements and plan appropriate actions to effectively deal with these. Negotiate SLAs and contracts with customers and establishing timeline of performance.Resolve issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Sell customer propositions
Use personal expertise to identify the complex standard products and /or services offered by the organization that meet the customer’s needs, together with quantities and product configurations.
Prevent/Mitigation key customer risks to the company
Awareness of market/key customer trends, preparing regular reports on progress, forecasts and trends to eliminate potential risks to the business.
