SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive BOH Anchor to join a prestigious 5-star lodge team. This is a vital support role, ensuring the smooth operation of all back-of-house processes and enabling the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support all back-of-house functions, including stock management, procurement, and supplier coordination
- Assist with kitchen logistics, inventory control, and compliance with health and safety standards
- Liaise closely with the Front of House and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operational flow
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency in all BOH areas
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and task management as required
- Proactively identify and resolve operational issues
POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar BOH support role within a luxury lodge or hospitality environment
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of stock control, kitchen hygiene, and BOH systems
- Positive attitude, willingness to assist where needed, and team player mentality
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
