Back of House Manager – Centurion

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Food Safety and Hygiene certification (beneficial)
• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality/restaurant industry
• Superb inventory management expertise
• Exceptional leadership, team supervision and communication skills
• Able to implement processes to improve environment
• Proficient in POS computer systems
• Able to work flexible shifts, weekend and public holidays
• Available as soon as possible
