Township Fleva is delighted to introduce an exciting opportunity for the position of BPO Manager. We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic professional to join the team.
POSITION INFO:
JOB PURPOSE
Manage the BPO in relation to 1) training and 2) placement into relevant opportunities.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
- Be responsible for the management of Township Fleva’s different BPO training and placement activities.
- Be responsible for the management of major clients of Township Fleva, in particular local and international placement and training partners.
- Work directly with the training and development team within Rhiza Babuyile, to continuously upskill the IT training team.
- Manage costing, budgets, and management accounts for the division in collaboration with the finance department of Rhiza Holdings.
- Work directly with the sales team to ensure that the division grows in revenue.
- Learn and stay up to date when it comes to the latest trends in the industry in South Africa.
- Learn and stay up to date when it comes to the latest trends and developments in the industry Internationally.
- Work with the M&E department to do impact and financial assessments for the division.
- Communicate effectively with clients, investors, and funders.
- Work with suppliers to affect cost savings.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Grade 12—Senior Certificate
- Bachelor’s degree in information science, Communications, or a related degree.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE- Must have 3+ years’ experience with Online Marketing/ SEO.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS/ COMPETENCIES- Passionate about training young people with diverse backgrounds in Online Marketing and SEO.
- Able to build and present analytical reports, site audits, keyword analysis reports, and competitive analysis reports for the company’s websites.
- Good communication skills, both online and face-to-face.
- Must have substantive professional knowledge of the marketing sector and ICT.
- Must be an expert in Online Marketing, including SEO, website development, front- and backend development, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, Vue. Js., SQL, Node.js
- Must be up to date with the latest development in Online Marketing and SEO
- Must have a strong network with Online Marketing companies in SA and/ or abroad
