SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead branch operations while driving both online and in-store sales performance. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong retail knowledge, operational management skills, and a solid understanding of ecommerce platforms.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric (NQF Level 4) – essential
Minimum 5 years of experience in retail or wholesale, including administration
Strong understanding of the retail market and ecommerce platforms
Experience in call centre management is advantageous
Proficient in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Syspro
Valid driver’s license and physical ability to handle stock
Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
