BSc / BIng Engineer (Female)

SUMMARY:
Excellent opportunity for a B.Ing / BSc qualified engineer to undergo training as an Assistant Manager in a packaging plant. Great opportunity with a leading FMCG company . Please note: B.Ing / BSc Engineering degree a prerequisite for this role!

POSITION INFO:

KEY OUTPUTS

The successful candidate will:

• Undergo a 12 months formal training programme to gain knowledge and experience in management, packaging and manufacturing principles in order to prepare for a management position within the FMCG industry.

 KEY FOCUS OUTPUTS WILL BE TO OPTIMIZE PLANT AND PROCESS PERFORMANCE THROUGH:

• Supporting continuous improvement
• Optimizing Raw Material Usage
• Supporting project planning and execution
• Optimizing plant availability & Quality
• Management of Human Resources to achieve a high-performance culture
• Asset Care principles and ethic entrenched
• World Class Manufacturing
• Loss and Waste Analysis

 QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

• BSc / B.Ing Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical)
• Competent in Microsoft Office
• At least 2-5 years relevant working experience
• South African Citizen
• Valid driver’s licence
• Own vehicle
