SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to drive expansion efforts by securing prime locations and negotiating competitive lease agreements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail and commercial real estate, with proven expertise in site selection, market analysis, and landlord negotiations.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications & Experience:

Relevant tertiary qualification.
A BCom in Business or a BSc in Property Science is preferred.
Extensive experience in retail and commercial real estate.
Strong background in landlord negotiations and lease renewals.
Previous experience reporting to executive leadership, understanding high-level business demands.
Proven success in negotiations and adapting to evolving market conditions.
