POSITION INFO:
A forwardâthinking technology environment is seeking a Back-End C# Developer with strong Azure cloud experience and practical exposure to AI and LLM integrations. This role focuses on building robust APIs, microservices, and intelligent back-end solutions that power automation, insights, and enhanced digital experiences.
You will work with modern .NET frameworks, cloudânative Azure services, and AI technologies such as Azure OpenAI, vector search, and cognitive services. This opportunity is ideal for a Back-End Engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building scalable systems, and working at the intersection of software engineering and applied AI.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable back-end services, APIs, and microservices using C# and .NET
- Build and maintain cloudâbased solutions using Azure services
- Integrate AI/LLM capabilities, such as Azure OpenAI, into back-end systems
- Develop and maintain data access layers using SQL and ORM frameworks
- Implement secure, performance, and reliable distributed systems
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and follow Gitâbased development workflows
Job Experience and Skills Required:- Education: Relevant tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience: 3-7+ years’ experience in back-end development using C# and .NET technologies
- Skills:
- Strong proficiency in C#, .Net Core, Web APIs, and microservices architecture
- Handsâon experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Storage)
- Experience with SQL and ORMs such as Entity Framework Core or Dapper
- Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and RESTful API standards
- Knowledge of security standards, including OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, and managed identities
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and distributed system patterns
- Exposure to AI/LLM integrations, embeddings, vector indexes, or RAGâbased solutions
- Nonânegotiables: Strong problemâsolving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative development environment
