We are preparing to open a beautifully considered café in Abu Dhabi and are seeking a Back of House team who understand that exceptional guest experiences begin in the kitchen.

This is a space where precision, consistency, and pride in craft define the standard. We are looking for individuals who are detail-driven, disciplined, and committed to delivering quality at every stage of production.

The Role
You will form part of a kitchen team responsible for delivering a consistent, high-quality product in a fast-paced yet refined environment. This requires strong fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to work with care and precision under pressure.

What We Are Looking For

Previous experience in a quality-focused kitchen environment
Strong understanding of kitchen fundamentals and hygiene standards
A disciplined and organised approach to your work
The ability to maintain consistency in both preparation and presentation
A calm, focused attitude during service
Experience living and working in the UAE is highly advantageous

What You Will Be Responsible For

Preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within your section
Following recipes and specifications with accuracy
Supporting the team to ensure smooth and efficient service
Taking pride in the quality and detail of everything that leaves the kitchen
