Must have a Business management qualification and a minimum of 3 years as a Bakery Departmental Manager. Lead the bakery department Managers with strategic growth and development plans. Fluent English. Superior training and presentation skills. Excellent experience in Plant Management, Production maintenance, procurement, sales, financials, reporting, HR and complete operations of the branch.
