JOB DESCRIPTION:

Bakery in Wynberg Sandton is looking for a night shift Bakery Manager. Looking for someone with 7+ years’ experience in commercial and/or retail baking management. The successful applicant will be responsible for the complete bakery operation. Main duties will include quality control, quantity control, staff management, stock control and general administration. Ability to think fast and work under strict guidelines essential. Must have knowledge of various different types of breads, desserts, cakes and pastries and must be up to date with modern food trends. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead a team, manage production and multi-task. Will also be in charge of the dispatching process. Salary R 18000 - 20000 Nett. Contact / 0848459057.
