JOB SUMMARY:
Overview:
To manage the sales force within the defined regional territory. Responsible for managing the sales operations, meeting targets, and managing the sales team in the region. Support the bank’s drive to deliver a multi-channel distribution capability to its customers. To provide supervision to subordinates.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Education & Experience:

Degree (Business related qualification) NQF Level 7
RE 1 (Key Individual)
8 years management experience in-branch or equivalent experience within a banking or retail distribution environment
