Exciting Opportunity: Banking Relationship Manager (Agribusiness) – Douglas, Northern Cape

Our client is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to drive client relationship management and loan book growth within the agricultural sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with and support both commercial and emerging farmers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain client relationships to expand the loan book.
• Assess financial viability of agricultural businesses.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Legal) to structure deals.
• Ensure compliance and manage portfolio health.
• Promote Insurance products to new and existing clients.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3-year qualification in Commerce, Business, Banking, or Finance.
• 5-8 years’ experience in client relationship management (financial sector preferred).
• 1-2 years’ experience in agricultural finance assessment.
• Strong credit risk and financial analysis skills.
• Valid SA driver’s license & willingness to travel extensively.
