Exciting Opportunity: Banking Relationship Manager (Agribusiness) – Douglas, Northern Cape
Our client is seeking a dynamic Relationship Manager to drive client relationship management and loan book growth within the agricultural sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with and support both commercial and emerging farmers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships to expand the loan book.
- Assess financial viability of agricultural businesses.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Credit, Risk, Legal) to structure deals.
- Ensure compliance and manage portfolio health.
- Promote Insurance products to new and existing clients.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3-year qualification in Commerce, Business, Banking, or Finance.
- 5-8 years’ experience in client relationship management (financial sector preferred).
- 1-2 years’ experience in agricultural finance assessment.
- Strong credit risk and financial analysis skills.
- Valid SA driver’s license & willingness to travel extensively.
