Barista/ Bartender

SUMMARY:
Prepare and serve high-quality beverages - from crafted coffees to signature cocktails - while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Maintain a clean, efficient, and energetic bar environment that reflects the brand’s vibrant hospitality culture.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• 1–2 years’ experience as a barista or bartender in a fast-paced café, restaurant, or bar environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of coffee preparation, cocktails, and beverage service
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude
• Must reside in or near Groot Brak Rivier or be willing to relocate immediately
• Immediate availability preferred

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages to brand standards
• Engage with customers professionally and ensure an exceptional guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and service areas
• Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and restocking supplies
• Handle POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Support team members during peak hours to maintain smooth operations
• Adhere to hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
