Core Criteria: Previous experience in a waiter or barman role essential Strong food and beverage knowledge with excellent service skills Well-presented, professional, and guest-focused in manner Reliable, punctual, and able to work a 24-day on \/ 6-day off cycle Ability to work split shifts and extended hours when required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a team environment Comfortable engaging with a diverse and discerning clientele Core Responsibilities: Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly food and beverage service across all service periods Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and spirits, to a consistent standard Ensure tables are correctly set, and all service areas are maintained to a high standard Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings Communicate guest dietary requirements and preferences to the relevant team members Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout all service areas Support the wider team to ensure a seamless and positive guest experience at all times Remuneration & Benefits: On-site accommodation available during split and extended shifts 24 days on \/ 6 days off work cycle
