Company looking for a qualified individual to join their team in Gauteng

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

B.Eng/BSc. (Eng) Degree

10+ years relevant experience

Siemens S7 S10, Siemens WinCC and Siemens Profibus will be an advantagous

Siemens PCS7 is essential

Experience with Virtualisation and Hypervisors for Process Control Systems

Alarm Philosophy Development and Alarm Rationalisation

Scripting and programming skills

Proficient in SQL

Understand mine to smelter value chain

Knowledge of Process Data Historians (Aspen IP21, OSlsoft Pl)

Knowledge of ISA S88/S95, 99 and 18.s standards

Knowledge of the role of Front-end loading/Pre-project planning in Capital projects
