Billing Administrator

SUMMARY:
The Role:

Essential function:

• To assist the Billing manager with the administrative tasks associated with the billing function within the SAP business 1 environment, requiring close liaison with the sales and projects departments.

• To assist the Billing manager with the administrative tasks associated with the billing function within the SAP business 1 environment, requiring close liaison with the sales and projects departments.

SAP Schedule of Service maintenance:

• Updating all SAP SOSâ??s with any changes that come in through the month via projects
• Ensure all SOSâ??s are correct in terms of pricing, commission, term and ready to be billed on the 1st working day of the new month (Billing run) 
• Sit with necessary parties to ensure all projects that should have been invoiced have in fact been invoiced and provide details on those missed
• General maintenance of SAP information

Queries:

• Dealing with any billing query that comes in, whether internal or external and provide feedback.
• Investigate any credit requests that come in thoroughly and inform the line manager of the reasoning and the required response to said request.

Billing run:

• Assist with any billing run administration to ensure smooth running of the billing run 
• Action necessary checks as required by line manager to ensure accuracy of the billing run with the soul aim of reducing Billing Run errors. 

SAP Reports:

• Assist with any SAP reporting requests, whether internal or external, as and when required 5
• Any other Adhoc duties, as and when required by line manager

Essential Qualification:

• SAP experience preferable but not essential
• Good people and communication skills are essential.
• The ideal candidate should be a process orientated person with great attention to detail

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in ICT will be an advantageous Passion for first time right and customer service Attention to detail and meticulousness â?? This is very important
• Forward thinking, able to pick up issues before they arise and assist with solving problems Able to work under pressure with deadlines

Experience required:

• 5 years relevant billing experience

• Office Based and Work from Home
