  The Role:

  Essential functions:

  • Management of the Billing Function for EOHNS and Hymax
  • Running all Bill runs incl before and after checks to ensure all monthly billing is actioned on time and free of errors
  • Management of Billing Team â?? Team of 3x
  • Ensure all members are performing their respective tasks in a timely fashion and assisting with the overall team goal of error free billing
  • Oversee Revenue Analysis for Monthly Management reports and maintain the accuracy of the Monthly billing reports.
  • Ensure team generated reports are complete and accurate from monthly uploads (Infor)
  • Put together the monthly management report with a view to providing management with relevant and correct information
  • Analysis of AR Credit Note Report
  • Confirm descriptions portray the true reasoning of the CN and it has been actioned correctly on the system
  • Provide PPT with monthly and YTD billing overview
  • Putting together the PPT based on the Monthly Management report details
  • Review and Approval of Credit note Requests â?? to the Max of R20k (Amend max value if not correct)
  • Confirm the depicted reason matches the backups sent in and that any offset invoice calculation has been done correctly
  • Review and Approve Purchase order requests â?? to the Max of R50k (Amend max value if not correct
  • Confirm vendor / pricing / items are all reflected correctly on the PO and that the backup documents are valid and complete
  • Perform Revenue Audits to identify and correct Revenue Leakage
  • Develop and monitor internal controls to support Revenue Management Activities
  • Review and recommend improvements to revenue management / billing function functions
  • Oversee the task of identifying and resolving revenue related issues
  • Oversee  and Management of Customer Contract Preparation ensuring all TCâ??s are agreed to and the BU is not at risk and relevant paperwork is attached to contract.
  • Where required to liase with HO legal and ensure all changes are acceptable to both NS and HO.
  • Preparation and Management of Contract Renewal Register â?? in conjunction with Sales
  • Preparation and Management of Contracts at Risk Register
  • Oversee and Management of the Master Data captured in SAP, ensuring we have the most current information
  • Assist with Recons when requested to do so
  • Assist with Adhoc Financial requests for information
  • IFRS 15 Assessment â?? Revenue Recognition
  • Oversee Credit Checks Function and review of Documentation to ensure credit worthiness of new customers
  • Highlight any Risks that may arise
  • Assist with and preform Quarterly and yearly Stock Count
  • Assist with SAP issues where possible and ensure SAP is running as intended, where necessary to pass on issues to Tjaard  
  • Calculating of Sales Commission for both EOHNS and Hymax.

  Experience required:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in billing to Customers and experience as a Billing manager.
  • Must be able to perform end to end billing function and have superior investigative skills and problem solving abilities within the environment.
