Billings Administrator

Qualification & Skills:

• Financial qualification
• 2-3 years’ experience as a Billing Administrator
• Advance experience with Excel
• Stake Holder experience would be a HUGE advantage
• Strong attention to detail

Experience:

• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (ie pivot tables, Cube Reporting VLOOKUPS, IF Statements)
• Debtors Experience
• Build high-level, readable and accurate automated reports
• Strong ability to interpret data
• Able to manipulate and create new ad hoc reports when required
• Build, implement and prepare data-heavy spreadsheets to monitor billing activities, reducing time loss and speed up the billing process
• Able to follow and understand billing projects to offer operational support and assistance where required
• Advanced proficiency in MS Word advantageous
• Track record for high standard of administrative tasks
• Analytical with strong attention to detail
• Ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work to meet strict deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, literacy and numeracy skills
• Johannesburg based to work in Killarney office
• Proficient multitasker who can manage various workflows simultaneously
