Our well established client in property investment is wanting you to bring your DealMaker experience and communication skills gained in a bond origination company to assist their growing investment pool make the right decision.

DUTIES:

Consult with investors
Obtain financial information from investors
Complete application forms, capture and submit applications via DealMaker
Follow up on applications
Appeal declined applications
Ensure agreements are signed timeously
Update spreadsheets
Ad-hoc duties

REQUIREMENT:

2 years’ experience as a bond administrator / consultant – non negotiable
Must come from a bond origination company
Well spoken and organized
DealMaker experience (non-negotiable)
Able to work in pressurized environment
