Key Responsibilities:

• Handle mortgage bond registrations and related documentation.
• Liaise confidently with banks, clients, and attorneys.
• Ensure compliance and accuracy in all bond-related processes.
• Support the conveyancing team with administrative and legal tasks.

Requirements:

• Conveyancing (bonds) experience.
• Proven experience with the Big 4 banks (ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank).
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
