Our legal client based in George is currently seeking an experienced Bond Secretary to join their dynamic team.
 
Requirements
Fluent in English and Afrikaans
Proven experience with major banks (e.g. FNB, Standard Bank, ABSA)
Proficient in LexisConvey, E4, Stordoc, and AJS
Solid experience in bond registrations and bond cancellations
 
Key Duties:
Managing bond registrations from instruction to registration
Handling bond cancellations
Liaising with banks, attorneys, and clients
Ensuring compliance with conveyancing procedures and timelines
