POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and managing payroll functions. The Bookkeeper will also assist in preparing financial reports and reconciling bank statements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day financial transactions
Process invoices
Manage payroll functions
Prepare financial reports
Reconcile bank statements

Applicant Requirements:

2-4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting
Background in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or Forex an advantage
Comfortable using accounting software (e.g., Xero, Sage, or similar) and Excel
Prior experience in working with the Commspace software an advantage.
Strong understanding of reconciliations and transaction processing
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organisational and communication skills
A positive, proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and within a team
