  The Role: Bookkeeper
  This role plays a crucial part in maintaining financial accuracy and supporting the smooth functioning of daily operations. You''ll manage full bookkeeping duties, ensure compliance, and provide timely financial insights to support management decision-making in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
  
  Key Responsibilities
  
  Maintain accurate financial records and process all accounting transactions.
  
  Perform reconciliations for suppliers, banks, and credit cards.
  
  Prepare VAT submissions, payments, and assist with month-end reporting.
  
  Capture expenses and revenue accurately up to the trial balance.
  
  Support budgeting, financial reporting, and audit preparation processes.
  
  About You
  
  Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience (hospitality experience advantageous).
  
  Proficient in Xero, Pastel, or similar accounting systems.
  
  Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
  
  Able to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
  
  Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
