SUMMARY:
Are you a detail-driven Bookkeeper with strong Sage 200 Evolution experience, ready to take on a new opportunity in a fast-paced, office-based environment?

POSITION INFO:
A trusted client, based in Randburg, is seeking a dedicated and meticulous Bookkeeper to join their finance team. This opportunity offers stability, a structured work environment, and the chance to take ownership of the full bookkeeping function within a supportive team.

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, managing day-to-day transactions, and supporting the broader finance function. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, accountability, and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance
Processing of invoices, payments, and reconciliations
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Bank and supplier reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records and reports

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:
- BCom Accounting degree or relevant bookkeeping qualification
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bookkeeping role
Skills:
- Strong working knowledge of Sage 200 Evolution (non-negotiable)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
Additional Requirements:
- Must be available to start ASAP
- Ability to work full-time in office (08:00 – 17:00, Randburg)
