Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Based in Cape TownÂ

Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â

Â· Managing Petty cash sending reports / trackers on daily basis. Also support in Banking bank details to be shared with payable team.

Â· Managing Vendor invoices details to be shared with Department / management from time to time.

Â· Budgeting/ forecasting of fund requirement coordinating with various departments from time to time.

Â· Fixed Assets verification updating of records from time to time.

Â· Debtors creditors management recons to be shared at regular intervals

Â· Coordinating with senior team for Statutory dues related to the site.

Â· Data capturing, Reconciliation of Control Accounts.

Â· Inter location recons from time to time.

Â· Monthly provisions for MIS.

Â· Audit support and reports as required for location

Skills and Experience:
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

Â· Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or Equivalent

Â· Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus

Â· Minimum 1-3 yearsâ?? experience in accounting/finance

Â· Experience with financial reporting requirements
