JOB SUMMARY:
Our client (Centurion-based) is a market leader within the restaurant industry, and they are in search of a dynamic individual to join their team as a Junior Bookkeeper.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements:

Matric with Accounting and/or Mathematics essential
Bookkeeping Certificate or Financial Qualification
Strong Pastel (ideally Pastel Evolution) experience
3 years’ Bookkeeping experience

Job Responsibilities:

Processing.
Bookkeeping up to Trial Balance.
Reconciliation of Bank Account.
Debtors and Creditors.
Weekly capturing of Cash-ups.
Weekly reconciliation of creditors.
Monthly reconciliation of the debtors.
Reconciliation of the cashbook.
Submission of payment.
Weekly Reporting.
Capturing of Petty Cash claims.
