JOB SUMMARY:
Manufacturing company based in the East Rand requires a Bookkeeper with experience from a manufacturing environment

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Matric and Bookkeeping or Financial Diploma / Degree is essential
Minimum of 4 to 6 years bookkeeping experience
Pastel evolution essential
Manufacturing industry working experience is required
Full cashbook function including allocation of payments
Journals for accruals
Monthly reconciliations
Full creditors function including reconciliation of accounts
Maintenance of creditor files
Request remittances
Customer statements
Collection of outstanding monies
Credit note management
Assist with costing of inventory via Bills of Materials
Assist with stock counts and maintenance
Assist with budget management and variance reporting
Monthly pack reporting to Exco
