A well-established Insurance giant seeks an experienced and qualified Bookkeeper to join their dynamic team based in Johannesburg North.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills and have experience dealing with financial data. The main responsibility in this role will be to take responsibility for keeping accounting records updated on the system and ensuring all financial administration is accurate and complete. This role requires the incumbent to record financial data and produce clear financial reports.

Duties include but not limited to:

Processing financial data in Pastel
Accounts payable and receivable
Maintain fixed asset register
Produce reports in Excel
Processing of payments
Debit order disputes
Daily cash report
Submit VAT201 and EMP201

Education:
Relevant finance qualification

Job Experience & Skills Required:
3 to 4 years' experience within a bookkeeping role
Pastel Partner working knowledge is essential
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to work under pressure
Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
