JOB SUMMARY:
An established and reputable Bookkeeper needed!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the property / leasing industry is currently seeking a Bookkeeper to join their finance team in Johannesburg. They are looking for someone who is settled and wants to stay in the company for a while. With an aptitude for figures and accuracy, the business processes can be done via in-house training.

Duties:

Preparing invoices for payment (utility and recoveries)
Processing daily banking
Reconciliations of bank statements
Data capturing on Pastel Partner

Qualifications & Experience:

Matric / Grade 12
Diploma/ Certificate (minimum requirement)
Min 3 years’ experience
Property industry preferred
Strong financial acumen (understanding and working knowledge of debit and credit)
Working experience on Excel and Pastel Partner will be an requirement
