SUMMARY:
Our client in the services industry based in Port Elizabeth is currently looking to employ a Bookkeeper. This will be a half day position.
POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Accounting up to trial balance
- Checking accuracy of creditors and debtors processing
- Checking accuracy of creditors recons and payments
- Ensuring all payments are properly authorised.
- Capturing of Cashbooks/ Bank Statements and Petty Cash
- Reconciliation of Bank Statements and Petty Cash
- VAT Reconciliations and Submissions of VAT201
- Salary Recons and submissions of EMP201
- Bi weekly cash flow reports
- Monthly financial reports
The criteria and requirements are as follows:- Matric
- Degree/diploma in bookkeeping advantageous
- Previous bookkeeping experience essential
- Quickbooks and Excel experience
- Available immediately
