SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established and growing automotive franchise group, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch & Training Manager to oversee branch operations while driving staff development and training excellence across the business.

POSITION INFO:
Role Overview:
This dual-role position combines operational leadership with training oversight. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day performance of the branch while designing, implementing, and monitoring training programs to ensure consistent service standards and operational efficiency across the franchise.
Responsibilities:

Branch Management:

Oversee all daily branch operations, ensuring profitability and efficiency
Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets
Manage stock control, inventory, and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with franchise standards and company policies
Lead, motivate, and manage branch staff

Training & Development:

Design and implement training programs for new and existing employees
Conduct regular skills assessments and performance evaluations
Ensure all staff are aligned with franchise systems, processes, and customer service standards
Facilitate onboarding and continuous development initiatives
Identify skills gaps and implement corrective training solutions

Reporting & Strategy:

Prepare operational and training reports for senior management
Contribute to business strategy and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance

Requirements:

Proven experience in a management role within the automotive or franchise industry
Strong background in staff training, coaching, or facilitation
Solid understanding of branch operations, sales, and customer service
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage both operational and training functions effectively
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant business systems
Valid driver’s license
