The position is structured with a 70% focus on external sales and a 30% focus on branch administration. Key Responsibilities Strategic Growth: Actively seek out and engage customer prospects while maintaining a portfolio of major clients to ensure long-term loyalty. Relationship Management: Serve as the primary link between key customers and internal teams, ensuring a thorough understanding of client requirements. Sales Execution: Present, promote, and sell products\/services using solid arguments; reach out to leads via cold calling; and achieve agreed-upon sales targets. Market Analysis: Analyze territory potential, track sales reports, and stay abreast of competitive activities and promotional trends. Problem Solving: Expedite the resolution of customer complaints and perform cost-benefit analyses to meet client needs effectively. Candidate Requirements Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as a Sales Representative. Technical Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with BRM\/CRM practices. Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and time-management skills. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is considered advantageous.
