This role requires a hands-on approach to managing performance, ensuring compliance, and optimising business growth.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee branch service delivery, ensuring compliance with contracts and SLAs.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance service offerings.
✅ Drive business growth, retention, and profitability within the allocated portfolio.
✅ Lead process improvements to achieve service excellence and contractual compliance.
✅ Ensure compliance with QMS, Health & Safety, and financial management policies.
✅ Monitor employee productivity, provide coaching, and address performance gaps.
✅ Manage budgets and financial controls to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements:

✔ Education: National Diploma or Degree in Engineering Studies.
✔ Experience: 5-8 years in a leadership role within the services industry.
✔ Skills: Strong project management, financial management, and business acumen.
✔ Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and planned maintenance systems.
✔ Licenses: Valid SA driver’s license.
