SUMMARY:
A Vacancy exists for the Branch Manager in the Guarding Division based in Pretoria Branch
 
The suitable candidate’s main responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

POSITION INFO:

• Render a comprehensive pro-active Security Service;
• Liaise with the Client and handle all internal queries;
• Sustain Growth and profitability;
• Co-ordinate all Management functions within your Area;
• Increase and sustain the performance and productivity of all staff in the Branch;
• Ensure adherence to Group and Divisional Policies and Standard Operating Procedures;
• Planning and Management;
• Financial Management;
• Sales and Marketing;
• Personnel Management and Human Resource Development;

• Grade 12 Certificate;
• PSIRA Registered with a Grade A certificate;
• Firearm Competency;
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Senior Management;
• Clean disciplinary, criminal and credit record;
• Able to work under pressure;
• Adaptable to regular change;
• Good knowledge of the ISO procedures;
• MS Office Computer literate;
• Sound Communication Skill (Verbal and Written);
• Fully Bilingual ;
• Excellent Client liaison and Administration skills;
• Good interpersonal skills, good command of English language and strong leadership abilities;
• Code 8 driver’s license;
• Own Transport and accommodation;
