Job Description Manage daily salon operations and ensure clients receive wonderful service. Support and guide the beauty staff who offer treatments to clients. Keep operations running smoothly using daily physical checklists to maintain high standards. Track inventory for skincare and nail products to ensure shelves are stocked. Handle customer bookings and ensure the salon is welcoming and professional. What You Need to Apply A positive attitude and a true willingness to learn. A qualification in Somatology, Dermatology, or a related beauty field. Training in skincare, waxing, manicures, and pedicures is highly preferred. Some experience leading a team or managing salon operations. A great mix of skills and solid character to minimize any perceived risk in team leadership.
