SUMMARY:
This EE position is ideally suited to a candidate with a relevant degree and overall Branch operations management experience. In-depth exposure to sales, manufacturing, warehousing, administration and production within a technical environment is essential. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.

POSITION INFO:
REQUIREMENTS:

A formal BSc, BComm, BTech or equivalent qualification
Strong business management skills
Must have excellent people management skills
Inventory control and warehousing abilities
Negotiation & conflict management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the general management of the branch and the day-to-day operations.
Management of staff to achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values.
Responsible for establishing plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.
Contribute to the development of training and educational programs
Responsible for the achievement of a budgeted turnover
